Tim has worked in the financial services industry for over 18 years. For the past five years, prior to joining Oghma Partners in October 2009, he was Head of Corporate Finance at Glitnir, the Icelandic bank, where his team was focused on the food and consumer sectors on an international basis. Prior to Glitnir, Tim spent five years as a Director of Citigroup’s European Investment Bank, where he concentrated on the food and beverage sectors within the Consumer Group, working on a variety of transactions across the spectrum of mergers & acquisitions, equity offerings and bond issues. He previously worked for HSBC and NatWest Securities as an equity research analyst covering the food manufacturing sector, and Robert Fleming, again covering the food and beverage sectors. Tim has a Bsc Econ and PhD from the University of Wales and an MSc from London Business School. He spent four years as an officer in the Royal Marines. Tim lives in Bath with his wife and 5 children.
