Deal Overview: Oghma advised Cargill on the disposal of its Spanish texturising business, focused on designing, blending and supplying compound systems for a variety of applications in the food industry (including meat, dairy and bakery).The purchaser, Mane, has a strong position in the meat processing industry in France with its MEAT PRO operations and centre of excellence.
Deal Overview: Dragonfly Foods is an owner-operated meat free chilled food business based in Devon, which was purchased by a group of private investors following an auction process managed by Oghma Partners.
Deal Overview: Oghma advised the private equity owners of McCambridge Group on the disposal of its Cake Division – a UK and Poland-based cake manufacturer, supplying private label and branded products to all major UK retail multiples. NBGI acquired the business via a competitive auction process.

Deal Overview: Oghma Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Cargill in the sale of its Texturising Solutions business unit, focused on the development and sale of cultures and enzymes to food manufacturers. The deal was completed with DSM in December 2012.
Deal Overview: Whilst working as a retained advisor for Greencore Group, Oghma held a co-advisory role in the acquisition of Uniq, taking a role primarily focussing on review of non-core assets. Oghma subsequently managed the sale of the Minsterley business to Muller Group.
Deal Overview: Oghma worked with a group of investors on the acquisition of Windyridge Cheese, a blender and seller of cheese products. Windyridge was identified by Oghma as a potential target for the team, who were looking for an acquisition in the cheese sector. The transaction concluded successfully in September 2011.
Deal Overview: After receiving an unsolicited offer, the shareholders of Springthyme Oils engaged Oghma to run a disposal auction process. As a result of the process, the shareholders of Springthyme completed a transaction at a significant value uplift from the initial offer.
